Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Development Manager to develop, organise, coordinate and conduct training program
• Prepare and deliver effective and motivated training to different target participants
• Monitor overall quality of field service coaching delivery at shop level to ensure retail sales team’s customer service, selling techniques and business focus are consistent
• Maintain and update training materials and aids
• Assist in ad hoc project/tasks as and required

Requirements

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in skincare and beauty industry
• Holder of international beauty & training certificates 
• Solid training experiences in beauty treatment and product
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable, self-motivated, good team player, detail-minded and able to meet tight schedule under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
